Privacy notice

This notice explains how we process the personal data of people who visit the English pages of findcontrol.info and contact us through the forms, under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. What data we process
- Data you send us through the forms: name, company, email, phone, message and topics of interest.
- Data you enter in the audit calculator, if you ask to receive the calculation by email.
- Browsing data: IP address, browser and pages visited, collected by the site’s systems and, only with your consent, by Google Analytics.
3. Why we process it and on what legal basis
- To answer your requests, schedule a call and send you the calculation you asked for: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Website usage statistics with Google Analytics: only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
- Website security and operation: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We don’t make automated decisions based on your data and we don’t sell it to third parties.
4. How long we keep it
Contact requests for as long as needed to handle them, and no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless a contractual relationship begins. Statistics data for the period set in Google Analytics, up to 14 months.
5. Who may receive it
Providers that help us run the website and our communications, appointed as data processors: website hosting, email services, Google (Analytics, only with consent) and CookieYes (consent management). The FindControl team that handles sales requests may be located in Argentina.
6. Transfers outside the European Union
The European Commission recognizes Argentina as providing an adequate level of data protection. For providers that process data outside the European Economic Area, such as Google, transfers rely on adequacy decisions, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or on standard contractual clauses.
7. Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict processing or receive your data in a portable format, and you can object to processing. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before. Write to ventas@findcontrol.info.
If you believe the processing breaches the GDPR, you can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, such as the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it) or the authority where you live.

We use technical cookies needed for the site to work and, only with your consent, Google Analytics statistics cookies. You can choose or change your preferences in the cookie banner or with the button below.

We may update this notice. The date at the top shows the latest version.
